Oxford United’s stadium battle

There’s a good article on The Two Unfortunates website about the way the separation of ownership between stadium and football club can wreak havoc. It tells how Oxford United’s ground became the first football ground to be listed as an Asset of Community Value and provides some background information for any Birmingham City fan wanting to understand the significance of St Andrew’s being listed as an ACV.  I’m not going to summarise because I think it’s worth reading the whole article.
