Cheat sheet

The term ‘cheat sheet’ is an American phrase that may need explanation on this side of the Atlantic. It’s a concise summary of information used for quick reference, which can be used to cheat in exams or for legitimate purposes such as helping fans keep track of players.

    Wiki definition: A cheat sheet or crib sheet is a concise set of notes used for quick reference.
    It’s an American expression I’m afraid; name comes from those that are smuggled into exams. I take a cheat sheet to games so when someone near me asks, “Who is that?” I can tell him.
